Yes — Tannor regularly coordinates rough-in and finish phases with GCs and shows up when the schedule says, because a plumber who slips a week stalls the whole job.

Usually yes, and the honest answer about cost depends on what's under the floor. Tannor will look at the crawlspace or slab and give you a real number before you commit to the design.
