These five towns ring Mount Angel closely enough that an active leak usually gets Tannor on site before the water damage gets expensive. Most of the shop’s repeat work is here.
- Silverton — About 10 minutes south on Highway 214
A century of housing eras in one town: galvanized supply lines and clay laterals in the historic core, mid-century valves further out, and modern pipe on the east side that is hitting water heater replacement age. - Woodburn — About 15 minutes northwest
Three distinct eras: Senior Estates and the 1960s core with original galvanized, the 70s–90s neighborhoods with tired valves, and the newer developments east of 99E where builder-grade water heaters are due for their first replacement. - Gervais — About 10 minutes west
A small town on the 99E corridor between Woodburn and Salem. Close enough that it gets the same response time as Mount Angel itself. - Hubbard — About 15 minutes north
Just past Woodburn on 99E toward the Clackamas County line. Same-morning service is the norm for anything that isn’t a full repipe. - Scotts Mills — About 15 minutes east into the foothills
Rural properties on Butte Creek at the edge of the Cascades. Many addresses outside the townsite are on private wells and septic, which changes how pressure and drain problems get diagnosed.
Scheduled work and same-day emergencies
About 25 minutes from the shop
Salem and Keizer are the biggest markets in the service area; the others are small towns on the way to the Santiam Canyon or up into the Molalla foothills. Tannor takes emergencies here the same day and books scheduled work around his morning in the close-in towns.
- Salem — About 25 minutes southwest
The state capital and by far the largest city in the area. Most calls come from north and northeast Salem, the side closest to Mount Angel, though Tannor works citywide. - Keizer — About 25 minutes west-southwest
North of Salem along the Willamette, reached by River Road or I-5. A frequent destination for water heater and remodel work. - Molalla — About 25 minutes northeast
Over the county line in Clackamas County at the edge of the timber country. Larger lots and older farmhouses are common on the roads outside town. - Sublimity — About 25 minutes south
The first of the Santiam Canyon towns heading south from Silverton, just off Highway 22. - Aumsville — About 25 minutes south-southwest
A small town between Salem and Stayton off Highway 22, usually paired with Turner or Sublimity when Tannor is already working that direction.

These three are the farthest points Tannor covers regularly. Emergencies still get a real answer on arrival time when you call; scheduled work is typically booked a day or two out so it can be grouped with other calls in that direction.
- Stayton — About 30 minutes south
The largest of the Santiam Canyon towns and the southern end of the service area, on the North Santiam River at Highway 22. - Turner — About 30 minutes southwest
Southeast of Salem near I-5, reached through Salem or across on Highway 22 depending on traffic. - Canby — About 30 minutes north
The northern limit, up 99E past Hubbard and Aurora in Clackamas County.
Between the towns
A lot of the service area isn’t in any town. Farms and rural addresses around Mt. Angel, Marquam, Monitor, Aurora, Donald, St. Paul, and the hop and berry country toward Brooks make up a real share of the calls. Prices are quoted upfront before work starts, and the quote already accounts for where you are. There are no surprise trip fees added after the fact.

How fast can you get to an emergency?
It depends on where you are and what Tannor is in the middle of. Towns under 15 minutes from the shop get the fastest response. You’ll get an honest arrival estimate from the plumber himself, not a four-hour window from a dispatcher.
